Basically, this newer website above is Acts based, where verses in Acts testify to what it is all about, including Acts 6@7, Acts 8@4, Acts 12@24, Acts 13@26, and Acts 19@20 wherein the word respectively increased, is preached everywhere, grew and multiplied, as far as salvation is sent to among those who fear God, and mightily grew and prevailed.
Based on at least a few things that Jesus came to Earth to do, the first thing is that this author (all About on semi-related site just above) recognizes is that Jesus came to have me (this author) do evangelism online, or be a teacher through this blogging. Like Paul uses his name where he wrote, so do I, only it is my last name, Eck. Here’s a short list, all of what Jesus came for:
- Setting up the Eck’s Port webspace by an apostle-teaching, Pentecost-churching adherent.
- To bear witness of the truth.
- To seek and to save the lost.
- To put away sin by sacrificing Himself.
- To destroy the devil (and the works [there]of) though death.
- To restore mankind to the status of sons.
- To provide the Holy Ghost, if when received is initially evidenced and for personal building-up by speaking in other languages that the Holy Bible scriptures calls "tongues".
- To bring eternal life.
- To be the model of the Gospel, that is, the born again Gospel, so we all can be born again like Jesus is literally resurrected, that our one baptism can identify with Christ’s Gospel (go for the burying with Christ in baptism like the Holy Bible (God’s Book) specifies, to raise out of a watery grave and be alive spiritually in the Holy Ghost miracle available for every individual believer.
- Also, there are only a few places, found in Matthew11 with Luke7, that describe how Jesus Christ operated during His ministering. What may well go with this is in Luke4 and back in Isaiah61. These things include: the blind see and the lame walk and the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear and the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them. Moreso or moreover “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me [the Lord Jesus], because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim [preach] liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised [or, to proclaim liberty to the captives], the opening of the prison to those who are bound” is what is recorded for us in ancient scriptures now modern as translated for us into our common languages.
This all includes talking in mystery tongues and prophesying, where every and each either unbeliever or believer has respectively a sign to go on whether we are found to not believe or verily believe, for tongues are from believers toward unbelievers and prophesyings are toward believers, to see about the things of God, in either or any case.
Romans (8@28) expressly provides for, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who [them that] love God, to those [them] who are the called according to His purpose.”
We can love God, and God’s purpose is the above highlights, but especially that He loves us, at all, or as much as find need for. Love on! As for me and my house, I want to be forgiven and live forgiving, in the fear of the Lord GOD.
